ones that are of any use in todays world, only C++ and VB. I was thinking more of basics of programing using YaBasic as it's free to download so everyone can get a copy...

I am not good at the programmings of Windows platform. I used to do turbo Pascal and Basic on DOS.

YaBasic would be pretty good for you as it's a very basic application, much like QBasic and Pascal (fond memories!!!).
Could maybe do some stuff on VB or C++ if anyone's intrested in learning that???

I have VB6 but, I am a complete newbie on that. So confusing that I only managed to do a dialog box and a picture....

If you are sop handy in these I wonder if you know a bit about javascript - java - perl - xhtml and cgi ? Those I would like to know the basics of, as HTML is quite simple. (I always say it is English abbreviations between brackets heheheheh)
