While the Arab world feels its not getting fair treatment it will only encourage more terroism. If the USA solves the regions problem, surely the hatred would stop. I can only think there is nothing in it for them if they just stand back. Its bad news to have more than half the worlds population hating you I know because I am British.

Why should America be the ones to work for peace in the Middle East? Maybe it would be better if America kept out of it and then maybe the Russians would and so on and eventually the region would work out for itself that they would all benefit from peace. A lot of problems were started after the 2WW when Jews were promised land by those that did not really have the right to do so. I know that is not the only problem but I am not sure outsiders will ever be able to sort things out sadly.

I think the Americans have little hope for making peace in the middle east. Those peoples have a long long history of fighting and hatred based on religious differences and plain and pure blood lust. If they are not fighting with a neighbouring country they are fighting among themselves. I see little hope for the middle east.

Has anybody noticed that when the USA are getting involved the problems only gets worse instead of better. What if the USA stops being around that much, I guess that would solve lots of wars.

No its not gonna happen but our coutries dont have to suport the USA on your point idlebrian yes the ammericans (the adimistation) irritate us If the US pulled out and the UN went in It would be more effective because the iraqis dont have just the ameicans occuping them (and the british) the us & un ought to one monrovia when there was a crisis there and to haiti and congo and trhe dafur region but not iraq on syria or iran ok i know they didnt but they might hav another thing that would speed up the peace process would be to stop of oil exportation especially to the west and america and possibly britan

Hi Tim our prime minister is George's poodle so until we vote him out we will follow the USA 's foreign policy.
